Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders placed with Navjeevan Herbals (Pratiraj Herbal Pharmacy) are dispatched directly from our manufacturing unit in Kanpur within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp/email notification containing your tracking ID and courier partner details.
2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges
We work with established logistics partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC, to provide safe and reliable delivery across India.

North India: Approximately 3–5 business days

Rest of India: Approximately 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders and eligible bundle packs.

A nominal handling fee may apply to single-bottle Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status using the tracking link provided through your registered mobile number or email.
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
